All queries and issues can now be logged via your mobile phones and enter into a system which systematically tracks all your requests and ensures nothing will ever slip through the cracks again. At the end of each month a report of all open queries are addressed at a Head Office Level where critical evaluation will be given to the turn-around times and quality of services delivered to our tenants.
